This summer you plan to go to Manali with your family. you have to book a hotel for five days stay in Manali. write an email to the manager of the hotel to book a room. Provide all the necessary details like room type, ID proof ,address credit card details etc.

Dear sir,

      I would like to to make a reservation of double bed deluxe room in your hotel Hotel Surya for the dates march 1st to 5th 2021.

 The reservation is to be under my name. I shall be arriving with my family comprising my wife and my two children who are below 10 years old age .I would also like to to reserve extra 2 beds for my children. we shall be arriving on 1st March we hope that room will be available for us then.

Settlement of payment shall be made in full upon our arrival.
