Complaint letter to collector(from July 2018 exam

Q. You have come across some malpractices being carried on at your local ration shop.write a letter of complaint to the district collector pointing out the facts also suggest how the malpractices can be stopped.

Sub- complaint about malpractices being carried in ration shop in Ambedkar Nagar area.

Respected sir,
   I am a resident of Ambedkar Nagar area of Kopargaon most of people in Ambedkar Nagar area poor. Their earnings are low so for food and grains most of them are dependent on ration shop in our area.
    But shop owner Mr.Arjun Jadhav don't provide food and grains properly.The opening and closing time of shop is not fix.Many times people waiting for shop owner hours and hours.He doesn't provide people all the material provided by government.Many times he makes excuses.He doesn't provide material according to government.rules.
 So on behalf of all the citizens of Ambedkarnagar.I request you make a enquiry of shop and regulates the process of shop.If he find guilty punish them and cancell their license.
 We hope you take your attention in this matter.And provide best service to people.
