Tourist leaflet Religious Place ( Shirdi)

              "The land of Sai Baba."


 Shirdi is famous religious place in India. It is located in the north of Ahmednagar District in Maharashtra .



1.How to go there ?

 
Shirdi is well connected by road from all the main cities of India . Many private and ST buses ply regularly from  Pune,Nashik,Ahmednagar and Mumbai.
It is 201 km from Pune and 241 km from Mumbai. You can go there by train.' Sai Nagar, Shirdi 'railway station is just 3 km from Mandir. Air facilities also available from Delhi ,Mumbai and Hyderabad to Shirdi.

2.Where to stay?

Saibaba Sansthan trust Shirdi prepared arrangements for devotees to stay in Shridi in three Ashrams ,called 100 rooms, 500 rooms and 200 rooms. Also many other Ashrams and hotels are available in Shirdi you can choose the one according to your pocket.

 3. Places to worth visit .

Shri Sai Baba samadhi Mandir is the main attraction of the people. There are also other famous places in Shirdi like 'Gurusthan',' DwarkaMai', 'Lendi Baug' 'Jangli Maharaj Ashram'( near by ), 'Chaudi', 'Dixit Wada', 'Museum', 'Khandoba Mandir', 'Abdul Baba Cottage', 'wait -N - joy Park', 'Shani Shingnapur' is the nearest famous religious place.

4. Best time to visit

 Best time to visit Shirdi is between June and February because climate during this month stays quite bearable for tourist.

5.Speciality of the place.

 Guava and pomegranates are famous fruits. You can also enjoy the food from world's largest solar cooker. Boondi ladoo Prasad is most famous. varieties of articles and ornaments also available here. Most of the restaurants in Shirdi are pure veg.

         Friends today I Want to speak on the most important topic,'My duty towards my country'.Everyone knows that constitution has given us rights and duties but we always speak on our rights and seldom speak on duties.
       So what are our duties? As a citizens of India we must follow all the rules and regulations given by our constitution.Particularly personal duties are most important .Respect our country,respect national anthem,national flag,national song and all other things related to our nation.
