  Respected Sir,
              With reference to the above mentioned subject I request you to give me permission for re examination.
           Sir I am Ashish Patil student of 11th science division - C ,my roll number is 15 .Last month I was suffering from viral fever and admitted in the  city hospital for the further treatment .at the same time our first terminal examination was going on.Because of severe fever I could not attend that exam.Terminal exam.is important for passing 11th exam.
      So I request you to give me permission for re examination. I enclose my medical certificate for your information. so give me permission for re examination to avoid my future loss.
