Every now and then he made an effort to go more quietly, but the roadside was a mass of thorns, and their crackling and rustling were nearly as loud as the thud of his feet on the road. Besides, they made him go slowly, and he had no time for that.
When he came to Mrs.  Adis’s cottage he paused a moment. Only a small patch of grass lay between it and the road, and he looked in at the lighted, uncurtained window. He could see Mrs. Adisstooping over the fire, taking some pot or kettle off it. He hesitated and seemed to wonder. He was a big, heavy, working man, not successful, judging by the poverty of his appearance. For a moment he made as if he would open the window, then he changed his mind and went to the door instead.
He did not knock, but walked straight in.
The woman at the fire turned quickly round.
‘What, you, Peter Crouch !’ she said. ‘I didn't hear you knock.’
‘I didn’t knock ma’am. I didn’t want anybody to hear.’
‘How’s that?’
‘I’ m in trouble.’ His hands were shaking a little.

I shot a man, Mrs. Adis.

For a moment there was silence in the small, stuffy kitchen. Then the kettle boiled over and Mrs• a small woman Adis mechanically put it at the side of the fire.
She was a small, thin woman with a brown, hard face, on which the skin had dried in innumerable small, hair like wrinkles. She was probably not more than forty-two, but life treats some women hard in the agricultural districts of Sussex, and Mrs. Adis life had been harder than most.

Even though more and more women have started taking up full – time jobs outside the house, they still end up doing nearly all the housework. In spite of a demanding career, a woman is expected to be an

efficient housewife, but most men still do not make good house – husband. When it comes to helping
with a housework many men feel totally helpless. When they decided to do a few jobs around the house, they only pick up the ones they enjoy. Sometimes if they are in the mood, they don’t mind doing
a bit of a gardening or mending a few things, but they refuse to do any boring jobs like cleaning the house, washing and ironing the clothes, looking after the children or cooking dinner. Most of these jobs have to be done immediately and regularly, while household repairs, the job that men enjoy doing most, can always wait till a more convenient time or till one feels like doing them. According to survey done recently, the lady of the house does three quarters of the boring household chores, even women still see their family role as the matters most.         Broadly the means of transport both for purposes of trade and social activity can be classified into three main divisions: land, water, and air. We are here concerned with transport for trade. Of all forms of transports road transport has shown the greatest growth in recent  years.
Transport by road may be both vehicular and non-vehicular. Non vehicular
transportation includes both animal and man. Vehicular transport in developing countries
includes the ancient bullock carts as well as the modern automobiles.
The introduction of railways has been vital in the growth of industrialization. They are  useful in carrying heavy bulky goods over long distances.

And the anthem that the organist played cemented Soapy to the iron fence, for he had known it well in the days when his life contained such things as mothers and roses and ambitions and friends and immaculate thoughts and collars.

The conjunction of Soapy's receptive state of mind and the influences about the old church brought a sudden and wonderful change in his soul.

Keeping cities clean is essential for keeping their residents healthy. Our health depends not just on personal hygiene and nutrition, but critically also on how clean we keep our cities and their surroundings. The challenge of processing and treat ing the different streams of solid waste, and safe disposal of the residuals in scientific landfills, has received much less attention in municipal solid waste management. City compost from biodegradable waste provides an alternative to farm yard manure. (like cow. dung). It provides an opportunity to simultaneously clean up our cities and help improve agricultural productivity and quality of the Soil, Organic manure or compoet plays a very important role as a supplement to chemical fertilizers in enriching the nutrient-deficient soils. city compost can be the new player in the field. Benefits of compost on the farm are well-known. The water holding capacity of the soil which uses compost helps with drought-proofing and the reuirement of less water per crop is a welcome featun for a water stressed future. By making the soil porous use of compost also makes roots stronger and resistant to pests and decay. Formers using compost, therefore, need less quantity of pesticides.

City compost has the additional advantage of being weed. free unlike farm yard manure which brings with it the seeds of undigested grasses and requires a substantial additional labour cost for weeding as the crops grow. city compost is also rich in organic carbon, and our soils are short in this. farmers clearly recognize the value of city compost. It city waste was composted before making available to the farmers for applying to the soil, cities would be cleaned up and the fields around them would be much more productive.

Jai Bhim is a Tamil drama movie written and directed by Tj Gnanavel and produced by Suriya and Jyotika under the banner of 2D Entertainment, the movie has Suriya play the character of a lawyer battling all odds for the tribal communities. Also featuring an ensemble cast of actors like Prakash Raj, Rao Ramesh, Rajisha Vijayan and Lijo Mol Jose, Jai Bhim has music by Sean Roldan and has been co-produced by Rajsekar Karpoora Sundarapandian. Jai Bhim released in Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada on Amazon Prime Video on 2nd November 2021.
